“Mr Havens was able to evaluate the issue with our leaky bathroom sink and told us the exact faucet and drain size to order so that we could choose the style on our own. We scheduled a time for him to come out to our house, and he was available even after normal business hours. Within a few hours, he removed the old faucet and replaced the new one, including some new piping. Our sink no longer leaks and we love our new faucet. WE have since moved, but if we lived in the same state, we would definitely hire him to do other jobs at our new home! Excellent workmanship!”
